256GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM Kit
This NEMIX RAM kit provides 256GB across two 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMMs. It is built for Thinkmate Supermicro SuperServer 510P-WT, 510P-WTR and 110P-WTR systems requiring registered memory with error correction. The modules run at 1.2V with CL22 latency.
Upgrade from lower-capacity RDIMMs
The kit replaces smaller registered DIMM sets to reach 256GB in two slots. The jump is worthwhile when workloads exceed the capacity of existing modules and the platform supports 4Rx4 registered memory at this speed. It uses major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips.
Handles large in-memory datasets
