Server memory upgrade

It runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and uses a 4Rx4 organisation across 288 pins. The stick is built with major OEM chips and validated for mission-critical workloads.

The RDIMM format fits standard DDR4 server DIMM slots and the registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher total capacities per channel.
