The 2Rx4 dual-rank design runs at 1.2V with CL21 latency and provides error correction for data integrity. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or with unbuffered and load-reduced memory types.

The modules operate at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage without a heat spreader, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling.
