Server memory upgrade

This 128GB kit contains two 64GB DDR4 2933 ECC registered RDIMM modules built for HP Apollo 4500 Gen10 and 4510 Gen10 servers. The 2Rx4 dual-rank design runs at 1.2V with CL21 latency and provides error correction for data integrity. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or with unbuffered and load-reduced memory types.

Thermals and power

The modules operate at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage without a heat spreader, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Power draw remains within JEDEC limits for registered DIMMs at this speed. Acoustic impact is negligible because the memory adds no moving parts and the registered buffer reduces electrical loading on the memory bus.

Compatibility and warranty

Backward compatibility covers 2133MHz, 2400MHz and 2666MHz systems, allowing the kit to clock down when installed in older Apollo platforms. The upgrade replaces a long list of HP part numbers including P19045-K21, P19045-B21, P00930-H21 and others.
