This OWC kit supplies 512GB of DDR4 2933 ECC Registered RDIMM memory in eight 64GB modules. It is built for HP ProLiant DL160 Gen10, DL180 Gen10, DL380 Gen10 Carrier Grade, DX170r Gen10 and XL450 Gen10 servers and workstations that require registered ECC memory.

What to verify before ordering

Confirm your system uses 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slots and accepts registered ECC modules at 1.2V. This memory will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC DIMMs. The kit runs at CL21 and is backward compatible with 2133, 2400 and 2666MHz bus speeds.

Thermals noise and power draw

Modules operate at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage and have no heat spreaders, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering adds minimal electrical load per DIMM.
