This 128GB kit contains two 64GB DDR4 2933 ECC registered DIMMs built for the PowerEdge C4140 with SkyLake CPUs. It operates at 1.2V with CL21 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. The modules are JEDEC and RoHS compliant and carry a limited lifetime warranty. They are designed for server and workstation workloads that require error-correcting registered memory.

Registered ECC limits and platform constraints

Registered ECC RDIMMs cannot be used in standard desktop computers and must not be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC modules. The kit runs at 2933 MT/s and is backward compatible with 2133, 2400 and 2666 MT/s bus speeds.
