16GB DDR3 ECC RDIMM kit

This kit contains two 8GB DDR3 1333 PC3-10600 CL9 registered ECC modules built to JEDEC specifications. It is designed for workstations, servers, NAS devices and routers that require 240-pin DDR3 registered memory.

Check motherboard compatibility first

Your system must support 240-pin DDR3 ECC registered RDIMMs at 1.5V and must not mix registered modules with unbuffered memory. Confirm the board accepts 2Rx4 organisation and PC3-10600 speed before ordering.
