The Partaker A20 is a 15-inch industrial all-in-one PC built around an Intel Core i7-1255U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 8GB of DDR5 memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The IP65-rated front panel uses a 4:3 resistive touchscreen at 1024×768 resolution, suited for gloved or stylus operation in factories, kiosks or outdoor enclosures. Fanless aluminium-steel construction allows silent operation across a wide temperature range.

VESA or panel-mount with 9-36V DC input

Mounting uses the embedded cut-out of 355×279mm or standard VESA points on the 366×290×66mm chassis. Power connects via a 2×2-pin Phoenix connector accepting 9-36V DC with reverse-polarity protection; no AC adapter is included. The resistive touch layer requires firm pressure, so operators wearing heavy gloves should test actuation force before final installation. Cable glands are recommended for the six COM ports and GPIO to maintain the IP65 seal.

Verify DDR5 SODIMM, M.2 keying and legacy COM needs

The single DDR5 SODIMM slot supports up to 32GB at 4800MHz; confirm any added module matches that spec. Two M.2 2280 slots accept NVMe or SATA drives — check keying before purchase. Six COM ports provide RS-232, with COM3 and COM4 switchable to RS-485; ensure your serial devices match those interfaces. Expansion via Mini PCIe and M.2 E-key requires custom orders for extra USB, GPIO or HDMI.
