The Dell PowerEdge R330 is a 1U rack server built around a single Intel Xeon E3-1220 v5 quad-core processor running at 3 GHz. Memory Ceiling Decides Fit

The system board provides four DDR4 DIMM slots with a maximum capacity of 64 GB, although the supplied configuration only populates 4 GB. Actual memory speed depends on the installed processor capability, up to 2400 MT/s. If the target workload needs more than 64 GB of RAM, this server cannot meet that requirement.
