It fits 1U server chassis and ships with Shin-Etsu 7762 thermal grease pre-applied. A 90 mm PWM blower moves air directly through the copper heatsink. The unit weighs 470 g and uses a 4-pin power connector.

At 20 % duty the fan spins at 1000 RPM delivering 6.8 CFM at 16 dBA. At 50 % duty it reaches 2500 RPM for 11.0 CFM at 31.5 dBA. At full 100 % duty the blower runs at 5000 RPM producing 19.0 CFM at 46.4 dBA. The double ball bearing supports continuous operation at these speeds.

The 28 mm maximum cooler height limits use to 1U and taller rackmount enclosures.
