The Dynatron L37 is an all-in-one liquid cooler built for 1U server chassis supporting Intel Granite Rapids SP processors in the LGA7529 socket. It ships with pre-applied Shin-Etsu 7762 thermal grease and all required mounting hardware for straightforward installation. This cooler targets system integrators and IT teams deploying high-density compute nodes where space is at a premium.

500W TDP Capacity with 2.9 L/min Pump Flow

The unit is rated to dissipate up to 500W TDP, providing headroom for the most demanding Granite Rapids SKUs under sustained load. Its integrated pump delivers a flow rate of 2.9 litres per minute to move heat quickly from the cold plate to the radiator. Thermal limits will be reached if the processor exceeds the rated TDP or if chassis airflow is insufficient to reject heat from the radiator.

Compact Thermals for Dense Rack Deployments

Designed for 1U height, the cooler fits within tight vertical clearances while maintaining liquid-loop heat transfer to a chassis-mounted radiator. Acoustic output depends on the server fans pulling air through the radiator rather than on a dedicated cooler fan. Power draw is limited to the pump motor, keeping additional load on the power supply minimal during normal operation.
