24 V 80 mm axial fan

This 24 V axial fan measures 80 x 80 x 15 mm and delivers 32 CFM at 3200 RPM. It suits industrial equipment, medical devices and embedded systems that require a 24 V DC supply. The two-wire lead provides power only, without speed reporting or PWM control. Buyers who need a 12 V version or a four-wire PWM interface should select a different model.

Simple two-wire mounting

The fan installs with four standard 80 mm mounting holes and connects via a two-wire lead to a 24 V source. Polarity must be observed because the motor is not protected against reverse voltage. No tachometer or PWM signal is present, so the host system cannot monitor speed or adjust it dynamically. Vibration can increase if the mounting surface is uneven or if screws are over-tightened.

Fixed-speed 24 V operation

Running at a constant 3200 RPM, the fan moves 32 CFM and draws 0.13 A from a 24 V rail. Speed cannot be reduced by voltage scaling or PWM because the control electronics are not designed for variable input. Acoustic output and airflow therefore remain constant regardless of thermal load. Systems that require variable-speed cooling or automatic shutdown at low temperature will need an external controller.
