Full tower case for large builds
The Fractal Design Define 7 XL FD-C-DEF7X-01 is a steel ATX full tower in black without a side window. It accepts motherboards from mITX up to EE-ATX and SSI-EEB. Three Dynamic X2 GP-14 140 mm fans are pre-installed, two at the front and one at the rear.
Check motherboard form factor and PSU mounting
Verify that your board fits within the supported E-ATX, ATX, mATX, mITX, EE-ATX, SSI-CEB or SSI-EEB standards. The power supply mounts at the bottom in standard ATX format and is not included. Confirm your cooler clearance and radiator plans against the 480 mm maximum radiator length.
Sound-damped steel with modular top panel
High-density damping material lines the panels for quiet operation. The front uses aluminum with dual-handed hinges and magnetic latching. The top panel swaps between solid steel and a filtered version that adds four fan positions. Dust filters cover the top, two front positions, the bottom and the PSU intake.
