Installation and Common Issues

The barb slips over 9-10mm ID soft tubing and secures with a standard compression ring or clamp. The G1/4" thread engages component ports with a 5mm thread depth, while the 11mm barb OD and 15mm barb length give a firm grip. Leaks usually come from missing the O-ring, insufficient tubing insertion, or an overtightened clamp that cuts the tube.
