Sustained Operation via SDIO-Coupled Dual-Chip
The ESP32-C6 handles 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5 connectivity through an SDIO link to the main processor. This offloads radio duties from the dual-core RISC-V cores, keeping compute headroom available during continuous inference or streaming workloads. The architecture is designed for stable throughput rather than burst speed.
Straightforward Integration with Rich Peripheral Set
Pre-soldered headers remove the need for fine-pitch soldering, lowering the barrier for rapid prototyping. Developers gain direct access to MIPI-CSI with integrated ISP, MIPI-DSI, SPI, I2S, I2C, LED PWM, MCPWM, RMT, ADC, UART and TWAI interfaces.
