128GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM Kit
This 128GB memory kit contains eight 16GB registered DDR5 modules rated at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency. It is built for the Dell Precision 7960 rack or tower workstation and operates at 1.1V with on-die ECC protection. For Precision 7960 workstations only
The kit is validated for the Dell Precision 7960 and will not function in consumer motherboards, laptops or servers that require unbuffered UDIMM or SO-DIMM modules. Buyers who need non-ECC memory, lower capacities or different speeds should look at other products. Systems that do not support registered ECC RDIMMs cannot use this kit.
Registered ECC RDIMM requirement
