Server-grade DDR5 upgrade kit

This 384 GB kit contains twelve 32 GB DDR5-6400 RDIMM modules built for the Supermicro H14DSG-OM motherboard. Each stick runs at 1.1 V with CL52 latency and 2Rx8 registered ECC architecture. The registered design buffers address and command signals so the memory controller stays stable when every slot is populated. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly to protect data integrity in production workloads.

Slot-specific installation

The board requires 288-pin RDIMMs in a defined population order; UDIMMs or SODIMMs will not fit or function. Follow the motherboard manual for the exact slot sequence because mis-ordered modules can prevent boot or limit capacity. No heat spreaders are present, so airflow through the chassis must reach the bare PCB. Handle modules by the edges and seat each one firmly until the retention clips click.

Twelve modules fill every DIMM slot on the H14DSG-OM, delivering the maximum 384 GB this platform supports with 32 GB densities. Workloads such as large in-memory databases, virtualization hosts or HPC datasets fit comfortably within this headroom. Applications that demand more than 384 GB or higher per-module density will exceed what this board and kit can provide.
