2.5" SATA Enclosure for HDD/SSD

This Orico enclosure accepts a single 2.5" SATA hard drive or SSD up to 6 TB. It connects via USB-C and supports SATA I, II and III drives of 7 mm or 9.5 mm height. The tool-free design lets you swap drives quickly without screws or extra parts. It is aimed at users who want portable external storage for laptops, desktops, consoles or TVs.

Sustained transfer with UASP and TRIM

The enclosure supports UASP protocol and TRIM function, which help maintain consistent throughput during long copy or backup sessions. An intelligent sleep mode activates after 10 minutes of inactivity to reduce wear and power draw. Soft EVA foam inside cushions the drive against vibration while the plastic shell dissipates heat passively. An LED indicator shows power and activity status at a glance.

Maximum 6 TB per bay capacity limit

Each bay is rated for drives up to 6 TB, so larger SATA drives will not be supported. The single-bay layout means only one drive can be used at a time. There is no AC adapter included, so power comes entirely from the host USB-C port. Buyers needing multi-drive RAID arrays or capacities above 6 TB should look elsewhere.
