The Supermicro MBD-X11DPI-N-B is an extended ATX motherboard built for dual-socket Intel Xeon Scalable processors. It targets operators who need high core counts and large memory capacity in a single chassis. Two sockets support up to 205 W TDP each with dual UPI links at 10.4 GT/s.
Fits dense compute and memory-heavy workloads
This board suits virtualisation hosts, database servers and HPC clusters that can use 16 DIMM slots and 14 SATA ports. 16 DDR4 slots scale to 2 TB
Sixteen slots accept ECC RDIMM or LRDIMM modules at 2666, 2400 or 2133 MHz, reaching 2 TB with 3DS parts. The C621 chipset provides four PCI-E 3.0 x16 slots, two x8 slots and dual Gigabit LAN from the PCH. Onboard Aspeed AST2500 handles video and management.
