The Ugreen NASync DXP4800 Plus is a diskless four-bay desktop NAS built around a 12th-generation Intel Pentium Gold 8505 processor with five cores and six threads. It ships with 8 GB of DDR5 memory installed and supports up to 64 GB across two SO-DIMM slots. The unit runs UGOS Pro and targets users who want a single appliance for file storage, media libraries and backup without recurring subscription fees.

Build integration and expansion

Four 3.5-inch SATA drive bays and two M.2 NVMe slots accept up to 144 TB of total capacity using 32 TB hard drives and 8 TB solid-state drives. Network connectivity comes from one 10 GbE and one 2.5 GbE RJ-45 port, plus USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 ports for external drives or peripherals. RAID options include JBOD, Basic, RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10, letting the builder choose the redundancy level that matches the workload.
