Two-pin power and sleeve bearing notes

Connection uses a standard two-pin header supplying constant voltage; speed control depends on the motherboard or controller varying that voltage. Sleeve bearings run quietly at first but can develop rattle or reduced lifespan if mounted horizontally with the shaft under side load.
