11 W/mK conductivity and 1.5 mm thickness
This specific pad delivers a thermal conductivity of 11 W/mK at a thickness of 1.5 mm, placing it at the entry level of Alphacool's Eisschicht range which also offers 14 W/mK and 17 W/mK variants. The 1.5 mm profile is intended to bridge larger gaps between uneven surfaces where thinner 0.5 mm or 1 mm pads would not make full contact.
100x100 mm sheet cut to size
