H240ar controller enables RAID flexibility

The Smart HBA H240ar provides 12 Gb SAS and 6 Gb SATA connectivity with support for RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. This allows the two installed drives to be mirrored for redundancy or combined for capacity, and additional 3.5-inch bays can be populated later without changing the controller.

DDR4 memory ceiling limits large datasets

Although the platform specifies up to 3 TB of DDR4 across 24 slots, the installed processors restrict practical memory speed to 2 400 MT/s and the current configuration provides only 8 GB.
