The unit ships factory-filled and is ready to install without filling or maintenance.

Socket compatibility list

The copper cold plate mounts on Intel sockets LGA 1700, 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1366, 2011, 2011-3 and 2066 as well as AMD sockets AM4, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, AM2, FM2 and FM1. Extra LGA 1700 brackets are not included and must be obtained separately from the manufacturer if your board requires them.

Installation notes and common issues

The package includes an analog ARGB controller, two 5 V ARGB signal cables and both coarse and fine mounting screws for the radiator and fans. Tubing length is 400 mm, which limits radiator placement in larger cases. Missing LGA 1700 brackets are the most frequent reason the cooler cannot be fitted on newer Intel platforms.
