Compact DC-DC power board for Mini-ITX builds
The MorexLab MX-0608 is a 12V DC-DC power supply board rated at 60W continuous with an 80.2W maximum output. It uses a 20-pin ATX connector and includes a 12-inch modular 20+4-pin adapter cable. The board measures 156mm by 30mm by 19mm and fits directly into compatible Morex enclosures.
Included modular cable adapts the 20-pin output
A 12-inch 20-to-24-pin modular cable ships with the board, letting you connect the 20-pin header to a standard 24-pin motherboard socket. This single accessory removes the need to source a separate adapter for ATX-compatible Mini-ITX boards. No additional software, mounting brackets or power bricks are bundled.
Verify enclosure fit and 12V source capacity
Check that your chassis can accommodate a board 156mm long, 30mm wide and 19mm thick. Confirm your 12V DC source can deliver enough current for the 80.2W peak load. The operating range tops out at 45°C, so ensure adequate airflow inside the case. This unit is not suited for builds requiring higher wattage or standard AC-input PSUs.

คำถามเกี่ยวกับสินค้านี้
Will the 20-to-24-pin modular connector need replacing after extended use?
The included 12-inch 20-to-24-pin modular connector is a passive cable assembly with no moving parts, so it does not require scheduled replacement under normal operation.
At sustained load does the 80.2 W peak output or the 45 °C operating limit become the bottleneck first?
The 80.2 W maximum power output is the primary limit; the board must stay within the 0–45 °C ambient range, so sustained loads near 80 W require adequate case airflow to avoid thermal throttling.
How much heat and noise does the fanless 156 × 30 × 19 mm board produce when running 24/7?
With no fan the unit is silent; all 80 W of waste heat is dissipated through the PCB and enclosure, so chassis ventilation must handle the full thermal load during continuous operation.
