This 128 GB kit delivers four 32 GB DDR4 3200 modules built to the SuperMicro SYS-530AD-I specification. Unbuffered non-ECC UDIMMs run at 1.20 V with CL22 latency. The 2Rx8 organisation and 288-pin form factor match the workstation's memory slots directly.
Replaces lower-capacity DDR4 DIMMs
Swapping out smaller or slower DDR4 sticks for this kit raises total memory to 128 GB and sets the data rate to PC4-25600. The jump is worthwhile when workloads exceed the previous limit or when the original modules run below 3200 MT/s. Systems already populated with 3200 MT/s non-ECC UDIMMs gain capacity without a speed change.
Fits four UDIMM slots on the SuperMicro board
Four 288-pin slots are required, each accepting a 1.20 V unbuffered module. The kit frees no additional slots beyond the four it occupies. Builds needing ECC, registered DIMMs or a different DDR generation cannot use these modules.
