The NUC14RVKU5 is a compact barebone kit built around an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor with integrated Arc graphics and a dedicated NPU. It ships without memory or storage so system builders can choose DDR5 SO-DIMMs and NVMe SSDs that match their workload. The slim black chassis measures 117 by 112 by 37 millimetres and includes VESA mounting hardware for behind-display installation.

Dual DDR5 SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 96 GB

Memory capacity is the single specification that determines whether this barebone fits the intended role. Two slots accept DDR5-5600 modules up to 48 GB each, delivering 96 GB total in dual-channel mode. Buyers who need more than 96 GB of system memory must select a different platform because the memory controller and slot count are fixed.

Two M.2 NVMe slots and extensive I/O

One M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 x4 slot and one M.2 2242 PCIe x4 slot provide primary and secondary NVMe storage.
