Mining rig power supply

This 1800 W unit delivers up to 1600 W at 110 V and is built to feed eight graphics cards in a cryptocurrency mining rig. It accepts a wide input range from 100 V to 240 V and uses an AT form factor for compatibility with standard mining frames. The 12 V rail provides the bulk of the power needed for GPU-heavy workloads.

Thermals and noise

A temperature-controlled fan spins only when internal heat exceeds 50 degrees Celsius, ramping speed as temperature rises to keep noise low during lighter loads. The manufacturer claims a 90 % conversion rate, which reduces wasted energy and helps limit heat output under continuous operation. Firm cable seating is essential to avoid short-circuit risk.

Build integration

The unit includes eight SATA connectors and six-pin leads, though four-pin CPU and dual four-pin plugs are not supplied. An unused pin position on the interface is normal because the negative 5 V line has been omitted. Ensure your mining frame can accommodate an AT-style supply and that all GPU power cables match the available connectors.
