The Partaker A27 is a 15 inch all-in-one computer with an IP65-rated front panel and capacitive multi-touchscreen. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Celeron J1900 quad-core processor with 8GB DDR3 memory and a 512GB mSATA drive. The aluminum alloy chassis uses passive cooling for silent operation in dusty or wet environments. It is built for machine vision, logistics, medical and factory automation installations.

Sustained load on a passively cooled quad-core

The J1900 runs at a low TDP without fans, so clock speeds stay steady during long shifts instead of throttling in short bursts. Dual mini PCIe slots allow adding Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or 4G modules without increasing thermal load. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and up to six configurable COM ports handle continuous data streams from PLCs and cameras. The system supports watchdog timers and PXE boot for unattended recovery.

Silent thermals and wide-range DC power

Passive cooling eliminates fan noise and moving-part failures across a -20 to +60 Celsius operating range. The front panel meets IP65 against dust and water jets while the aluminum shell dissipates heat from the processor and 512GB SSD. Standard input is 12V DC with an optional 9 to 36V wide-range option for unstable supplies. Dual 8W speakers provide audible alerts in noisy plants.
