This 128 GB kit contains eight 16 GB DDR4 registered DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge R430, R530, R630, R630 XL, R730, R730 XL, R730xd, R730xd XL, R830 and R930 rack servers. It is ECC registered memory and will not work in desktop or laptop systems that only accept non-ECC unbuffered modules.

1.2 V operation with no heat spreader

Each module runs at 1.20 V and carries a CL15 latency rating at 2133 MHz. The absence of a heat spreader keeps the profile low for dense server chassis, while registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during normal operation.
