128GB DDR4 3200 ECC LRDIMM Server Module

This 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC LRDIMM module targets servers and workstations that require very high memory density per slot. It replaces the Hynix HMABAGL7A2R4N-XS part and delivers 128GB in a single 288-pin DIMM. The load-reduced design lowers electrical load on the memory bus, which helps stability when many large modules are populated. It runs at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.20V.

Verify platform support for LRDIMM

Before ordering, confirm that your motherboard and processor support DDR4 LRDIMM modules and the 4Rx4 (2S2Rx4) rank structure. Not all server chipsets accept load-reduced DIMMs or this rank count, and mixing LRDIMM with standard RDIMM is not supported. Check the system’s qualified vendor list and maximum per-slot capacity to ensure the 128GB module is accepted. The module uses a 288-pin DDR4 DIMM form factor.

Sustained workload behaviour

Under continuous heavy workloads the ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors, protecting data integrity in virtualization, database and HPC tasks. The load-reduced buffer reduces signal loading on the memory controller, helping maintain stable timing at DDR4 3200 speeds across all populated slots. CAS latency of CL22 and 1.20V operation keep power draw predictable during long-running jobs.
