The Analog Technologies ALRS12V12R5AT is a 150W enclosed switching power supply that converts 90–264VAC input to a regulated 12VDC output at 12.5A. It is built for industrial equipment, 3D printers, LED lighting systems and similar loads that require a stable 12V rail in a compact metal chassis. The unit measures 1.65 inches (42mm) in height and includes a built-in long-life fan for active cooling. It is rated for continuous operation between 10°C and 60°C.

Verify Voltage and Current Before Installing

Confirm that your equipment requires exactly 12VDC and does not exceed the 12.5A (150W) continuous output rating. The supply accepts a wide 90–264VAC range, so it works on both 110V and 220V mains without manual switching, but the load must stay within the stated current limit. Ensure the enclosure has adequate airflow for the internal fan and that the mounting orientation allows the vented surfaces to dissipate heat. The all-metal case provides EMI shielding, so plan grounding accordingly.

Replaces Larger Linear or Lower-Efficiency Units

This supply replaces bulkier linear power supplies or older switching units that run hotter and occupy more panel space.
