The ASUS ROG GR701 is a full-tower chassis designed for enthusiasts who need maximum expansion room. It accepts EATX boards up to 12 by 10.9 inches alongside ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX. An aluminum alloy X-shaped frame provides structural rigidity while tempered glass panels on both sides showcase the interior. Four 140 mm PWM fans come pre-installed for immediate airflow.

Storage capacity and cooling headroom

Seven drive bays are available: five dedicated 2.5-inch slots plus two combo bays that accept 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drives. Front and top mounts each support radiators up to 420 mm, while the rear takes 120 mm or 140 mm units. A CPU cooler up to 190 mm tall fits under the side panel, and graphics cards up to 460 mm long clear the front. The power-supply tunnel accommodates units up to 240 mm deep.

The front panel provides one headphone/microphone jack, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, plus a dedicated lighting control button.
