It mounts on Intel LGA 2066, 2011, 2011-3, 1700, 1366, 1200, 1156, 1155, 1152, 1151, 1150 and AMD AM4 or TR4 sockets. Two Noctua iPPC 2000 PWM fans and a seventh-generation Asetek pump running from 840 rpm handle the thermal load.

Suited for monitored mainstream builds

Builders who want live temperature read-outs or custom animations on the pump head will use the LIVEDASH software and the embedded micro-fan for VRM and M.2 airflow. Systems that need a larger radiator surface, a different socket mounting kit, or a fan speed range outside 450 to 2000 rpm should look at other cooling solutions.
