Socket coverage and cable routing

The copper cold plate mounts on AMD AM5, AM4, AM3, AM2, FM2 and FM1 sockets as well as Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA115X and LGA1366 platforms. Single-frame PWM fans consolidate wiring through a single 4-pin connector, reducing cable clutter inside the case. Aluminium radiator tubes measure 390 mm, giving flexibility for top or front mounting. Builders needing a smaller radiator or a different tube length should look elsewhere.

Sustained-load thermal behaviour

Three 125 mm fans spin between 700 and 2500 RPM, pushing 78.2 CFM at a maximum of 38 dB(A).
