Double-Conversion Online UPS

The CyberPower OL3KRM is a rack-mountable uninterruptible power supply that uses double-conversion online topology. It delivers 3000 VA and 2400 W of clean sine-wave output to servers, networking gear or storage arrays that require continuous power conditioning. The unit accepts 100 to 125 VAC input and provides configurable output at 100, 110, 115, 120 or 125 VAC.

Rack Integration and Connectivity

Designed for standard racks, the UPS connects to a 30 A branch circuit through a NEMA L5-30P inlet. Seven rear outlets include six NEMA 5-20R receptacles and one NEMA L5-30R for higher-draw equipment. Management is handled via USB and serial ports, while audible alarms signal battery mode, low battery, overload and UPS fault conditions.

Battery Capacity and Limits

Sealed lead-acid batteries provide 2.2 minutes of runtime at full 2400 W load and 7.5 minutes at half load. Recharge from empty to 90 percent takes four hours using the RB1270X4K replacement kit. Overload protection bypasses at 102 to 130 percent for twelve seconds and shuts down above 130 percent on battery, so sustained loads beyond the rated wattage are not supported.
