The Dell T350 is a 5U rack server built around a single Intel E-2388G processor running at 3.2 GHz with eight cores. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory in a two-module configuration. Four 16 TB SATA drives spinning at 7.2K RPM are pre-installed behind an H755 RAID controller. The platform targets small-business workloads that need local storage capacity and out-of-band management.

Thermals noise and 600 W redundant power

A 600 W redundant power supply feeds the chassis, providing fail-over if one module fails. The tower-style airflow path draws cool air through the front drive cage and exhausts it at the rear, keeping the eight-core CPU and the drive set within thermal limits during typical database or file-serving tasks. Acoustic output remains low enough for office-adjacent placement.

Build integration with iDRAC9 and PCIe slots

Remote administration is handled by iDRAC9 Enterprise with OpenManage Enterprise Advanced Plus, freeing administrators from physical console access. Two PCIe Gen 4.0 slots and two Gen 3.0 slots are available for additional network, storage or accelerator cards. Eight 3.5-inch bays in total leave four empty slots for future capacity expansion. A TPM 2.0 module and a dual SD module with a 16 GB card support secure boot and hypervisor redundancy.
