The Dream Machines DM7 Switch is a right-handed wired gaming mouse that connects through a gold-plated USB connector and weighs 67 g. It uses the PixArt PMW3370 optical sensor and ships with Kailh GM 8.0 switches installed. The box also includes three extra switches: one Omron 20M, one Omron 50M and one Kailh 80M.
