USB Mach3 Motion Controller for Notebooks

The DWEII Mach3 board adds a USB motion-control interface to notebooks and tablets that lack a parallel port. It drives four axes of stepper or servo motors through standard drive connectors. Isolated relay outputs handle spindle start, direction and coolant pumps. Four opto-isolated inputs accept limit switches, E-stop, probe and homing signals. The board requires an external 24 V DC supply for isolation and stable operation.

Sustained 100 kHz Pulse Output

Maximum step-pulse frequency is rated at 100 kHz per axis, allowing continuous high-speed motion without the jitter seen on software-only parallel-port solutions. The hardware pulse engine offloads timing from the host PC, so long G-code programs run smoothly even when the computer is busy with other tasks.
