Universal drive adapter
The ESTONE E19 connects any standard 2.5 or 3.5 SATA or IDE hard drive to a computer through an available USB 3.0 port. It supports 40pin and 44pin IDE connectors plus a SATA II connector and optical drives. The adapter is designed for data recovery, duplication and backup tasks.
Build integration
The unit draws power from an included 12V supply for 3.5 drives and uses a USB 3.0 host connection. Hot-swap capability lets you change drives without rebooting the system. An on/off switch protects attached storage during connection changes.
Sustained operation
Transfer rates reach up to 5 Gbps with UASP support, which reduces processor load compared to traditional USB 3.0. The link remains backward compatible with USB 2.0 at 480 Mbps and USB 1.1 at 12 Mbps. Actual throughput depends on the connected drive.
