Design and Compatibility

The Fractal Design North is an ATX mid-tower case finished in Chalk White with a real oak front panel and a tempered glass side panel. It accepts ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards and provides seven expansion slots for full-size graphics cards.

GPU Clearance

The single specification that determines fit is the maximum graphics card length: 355 mm with a front fan mounted, or 300 mm when a 360 mm front radiator is installed. Buyers must measure their card against these limits before purchasing.

Sustained Thermal Behaviour

Two 140 mm Aspect PWM fans are pre-installed at the front and the case supports up to six 120 mm or four 140 mm mounts in total. A front radiator up to 360 mm and a top radiator up to 240 mm are possible, though the top mount restricts memory height to 35 mm.
