This 2.5 inch drive uses 3D NAND with an SLC cache to deliver sequential reads up to 500 MB/s and writes up to 420 MB/s. It fits laptops, desktops and ultra-slim notebooks with a 7mm height. The drive replaces a mechanical hard disk for faster boot and application loading.

Sustained random performance

Random 4KB reads hold at 95000 IOPS and writes at 90000 IOPS under continuous workloads rather than brief bursts. A 128 TBW rating and 1.5 million hour MTBF indicate the write endurance expected for typical consumer use. No heatsink is included, so airflow in the chassis manages temperature.

SATA III interface limits
