The HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7 is a 15.6 inch mobile workstation built around a 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10510U quad-core processor that reaches 4.90 GHz turbo. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 2666 memory in a dual-channel 8 GB x 2 layout and a 512 GB M.2 SSD. The dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P520 GPU provides 2 GB of DDR5 video memory alongside Intel UHD onboard graphics. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed on this silver ultrabook.

Verify memory, storage and port needs

Both memory slots are occupied by the factory 8 GB modules, so any future upgrade to the 64 GB maximum requires replacing the existing sticks. The single M.2 slot supports up to 4 TB, but the current 512 GB drive fills it. Connectivity includes two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports, one HDMI 1.4b output, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and optional smart-card or SIM slots. Fan noise becomes noticeable as the system balances surface temperature against performance. Workloads that run for many minutes at full load will settle at lower steady-state speeds than the 4.90 GHz burst frequency.
