HPE DL360 Gen9 4LFF dual Xeon server

This 1U rack system ships with two Xeon E5-2690 v4 processors at 2.6GHz, each providing 14 cores and 35MB cache. Memory is populated to the platform maximum of 768GB DDR4 ECC registered across all slots. The chassis supports up to four 3.5-inch drive bays and includes an HPE Smart Array P440 SAS controller. Remote management is handled by HPE iLO Advanced and dual 500W power supplies are fitted.

Suited for memory-heavy workloads.

The 768GB DDR4 capacity at the platform maximum fits virtualisation hosts, in-memory databases and compute clusters that demand large memory per socket. The integrated graphics and lack of installed GPUs mean workloads requiring dedicated accelerator cards should look elsewhere. No drives are included so buyers needing immediate storage must add their own SATA or SAS media.

Four 3.5-inch bay limit defines storage ceiling

Only four large-form-factor bays are available, capping raw capacity at the number of drives that physically fit. The P440 controller manages those drives over SAS or SATA, but the bay count cannot be expanded within this chassis.

Ten gigabit networking built in

Dual 10GbE and dual 1GbE ports from Intel I350 and X540 controllers provide high-throughput connectivity without extra cards. This leaves PCIe slots free for other expansion if required.
