Dual Xeon Gold 6226R server

The HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen10 is a rack-mount server system built around two Intel Xeon Gold 6226R processors running at 2.9 GHz. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory and supports a maximum of 3 TB. The platform targets organisations that need a configurable dual-socket host for virtualisation, databases or general-purpose workloads.

Smart Array P408 and eight 2.5-inch bays

An HPE Smart Array P408 SAS controller manages up to eight 2.5-inch drive bays that accept SATA devices; no drives are installed. Dual 500 W Flex Slot power supplies provide redundancy, while an Intel I350/X540 network card delivers two 10 GbE and two 1 GbE ports. Remote management is handled by HPE iLO Advanced, and a rail kit is available on request.

DDR4 ceiling and fixed processor count

The board caps memory at 3 TB of DDR4, so larger datasets must fit within that limit or move to external storage. Only two processor sockets exist and both are already populated, ruling out future CPU upgrades. The integrated graphics controller is suited for console output only, not compute acceleration. Buyers who need more than eight internal drives or a higher processor count must choose a different chassis.
