The Intel Xeon 6 6741P is a 48-core, 96-thread server CPU built on the Granite Rapids architecture using 3 nm manufacturing technology. FCLGA 4710 socket and 1S scalability constraint

This processor fits only the FCLGA 4710 socket and is validated for single-socket (1S) platforms. Systems requiring multi-socket scalability cannot use the 6741P; a different Xeon 6 SKU with 2S or 4S support must be selected. The 136 PCIe 5.0 lanes are available only in a single-socket topology.
