It delivers 104 threads at a base frequency of 1.8 GHz with a maximum turbo frequency of 3.6 GHz. The 10 nm Sapphire Rapids architecture provides 97.5 MB of L3 cache for demanding data-centre workloads.

Processor-only packaging

The unit ships without a cooling device, so a compatible 300 W thermal solution must be sourced separately. No bundled software or accessories are included, leaving the integrator to provide memory, storage and system firmware independently. Virtualization technology support is enabled in the silicon for hypervisor deployments.
