The drive delivers up to 580 MBps sequential read and 550 MBps sequential write, with 4KB random read up to 58,800 IOPS and random write up to 62,500 IOPS. That throughput handles operating systems, applications and media libraries comfortably, while the SATA 6Gbps link caps peak transfer rates at the interface limit.

M.2 2280 SATA fit and power

The 22mm by 80mm module fits standard M.2 2280 sockets keyed for SATA and draws 1.5W at idle. It operates from 0°C to 70°C and stores safely from -20°C to 75°C at 5 to 95 percent humidity.
