This is a 64GB dual-channel kit containing two 32GB DDR5 modules. Each module uses a 1Rx8 organisation with eight 2G x 8-bit components. The white heat spreader covers both sticks and there is no LED lighting. The kit is intended for desktop systems that need high-density memory.

Speed, latency and voltage profile

The modules run at DDR5 6000 with a PC5 48000 data rate and CAS latency CL36. Full timing is 36-38-38-74 at 1.35V. Both Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO profiles are present so the rated speed can be enabled on supporting platforms without manual tuning.

Thermals and power behaviour

The aluminium heat spreader dissipates heat from the DRAM and the power-management IC under normal loads.
