Burning speeds and disc support
Maximum write speeds reach 8× for DVD±R and DVD±RW, 6× for dual-layer DVD±R DL, and 24× for CD-R and CD-RW media. Reading tops out at 8× for DVD-ROM and 24× for CD-ROM. M-DISC support allows archival-grade recording on compatible media for long-term data preservation.
USB 2.0 interface and system limits
